Celebrating Love and Gratitude: Mother’s Day at Sunflower Trilingual School

On August 11, 2026, the Sunflower Trilingual School (STS) community gathered in warm celebration to honor two deeply cherished pillars of love: our mothers and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Students, teachers, and administration staff worked tirelessly ahead of time to turn this year's Mother’s Day ceremony into an unforgettable tribute to maternal devotion.

Showcasing Student Creativity

Leading up to the event, students across all year levels poured their hearts into creative projects reflecting their appreciation. The campus featured a vibrant gallery walk where proud mothers strolled through displays of student artwork, reflective essays, expressive poetry, and musical creations. Every showcase captured the deep bond between children and their mothers through art, language, and music.

Honoring Tradition and Excellence

The official ceremony commenced with a solemn tribute honoring Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. The entire assembly stood together to sing in her honor, followed by a quiet minute of silent prayer and reflection. School Director Dr. Kwantip Chinsettawong officially opened the ceremony and presented certificates to the student contest winners across various artistic categories. Following the awards, a representative mother took the stage to deliver a moving, heartfelt speech on the beauty and dedication of motherhood, touching the hearts of everyone in attendance.

Heartfelt Stage Moments

The celebration continued with dynamic live performances that students had eagerly prepared for their mothers, featuring music, singing, and stage acts. The event reached its most touching moment as students were called up stage by stage, grade by grade, to pay formal respect to their mothers. Watching the children express their deep gratitude on stage brought tears of joy and smiles across the entire auditorium.

It was an extraordinary day filled with shared affection, proud smiles, and priceless memories. Thank you to the teachers, staff, and students who made this event so remarkable.

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Sunflower Trilingual School!
