This week, our school’s Chinese New Year festivities vividly brought to life the theme: "Bridging Tradition and Future."
The event was headlined by our Principal, Dr. Kwantip Chinsettawong, who performed the symbolic adorning of the "Horse." By decorating the figure with traditional emblems—including Fu (Blessing), Gold Sycees, Lanterns, Fish, and Chinese Knots—she invoked fortune, prosperity, and peace for our entire school community.
The student performances were a testament to creativity, blending two worlds. The audience was delighted by a unique narrative where Astronauts encountered Kung Fu Panda, and Classical Chinese Dance was juxtaposed with modern song performances.
Beyond the stage, students engaged deeply with cultural arts through Calligraphy, Lacquer Art, and Pipe Cleaner DIY workshops. The atmosphere was electric, with students gathering at the Red Envelope Wall and Success Lamps, all while enjoying a culinary spread of authentic Malatang, Steamed Buns, and Dumplings.
We are proud to bridge the past and future through love, right here in Thailand. We wish our entire community strength and success in the Year of the Horse.
