The Measurement and Evaluation of Learning Outcome

The measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes are inevitably based on 2 factors which develop the learner and judge the learning outcomes. To develop the quality of learning successfully, the learners should be assessed according to the indicators in achieving learning standards. It should reflect significant capability and desirable characteristics of the learner which are the main goals of measurement and evaluation in all levels (e.g. grade level, educational institute level, educational area level, national level, and etc.) This process develops the quality of learners by using evaluation results as informative data which indicates learning development, progress, and success. It also strives to advocate for students to develop and learn to their full potentials.
