In a judgment of learning outcome of each learning strands including reading, analytical thinking, writing, desirable characteristics, and extracurricular activities, we mainly concern a development of an individual learner. Learner's data in all area are regularly updated and continuous in each semester. Re — examination courses will be provided, if necessary, to improve the learner to their full potentials.
Primary Level
1. Leaner must attend school not later than 80 percent of total school attendance.
2. Learner must be evaluated on every indicator and must pass the evaluation according to school criteria.
3. Learner must be assessed in every learning outcome of all subjects.
4. Learner must be evaluated on reading, analytical thinking, writing, desirable characteristics, and extracurricular activities in which the evaluation results must pass school criteria.
Secondary Level
1. Assessment of learning outcome is conducted for each subject. Learner must have attendance record throughout the semester not later than 80 percent of total attendance in each subject.
2. Learner must be evaluated on every indicator and must pass the evaluation according to school criteria.
3. Learner must be assessed in every learning outcome of all subjects.
4. Learner must be evaluated in reading, analytical thinking, writing, desirable characteristics, and extracurricular activities in which the evaluation results must pass school criteria.
In consideration of a passage into the upper grade in both primary and secondary levels, if the learner is considered lacks of ability but not at serious level and they can be improved and provided with re — examination courses; school shall render the passage into the upper grade to the learner. However, the learner who fail many subjects which is inclined to cause the problem in higher level of learning, school's committee shall discuss and consider not to render the passage into the upper grade to the learner. This process is based on maturity, Knowledge, and ability of the learner.
