In a judgment of learning outcome of each learning strands including reading, analytical thinking, writing, desirable characteristics, and extracurricular activities, we mainly concern a development of an individual learner. Learner's data in all area are regularly updated and continuous in each semester. Re — examination courses will be provided, if necessary, to improve the learner to their full potentials. Primary Level 1. Leaner must attend school not later than 80 percent of total school attendance. 2. Learner must be evaluated on every indicator and must pass the evaluation according to school criteria. 3. Learner must be assessed in every learning outcome of all subjects. 4. Learner must be evaluated on reading, analytical thinking, writing, desirable characteristics, and extracurricular activities in which the evaluation results must pass school criteria. Secondary Level 1. Assessment of learning outcome is conducted for each subject. Learner must have attendance record throughout the semester not later than 80 percent of total attendance in each subject. 2. Learner must be evaluated on every indicator and must pass the evaluation according to school criteria. 3. Learner must be assessed in every learning outcome of all subjects. 4. Learner must be evaluated in reading, analytical thinking, writing, desirable characteristics, and extracurricular activities in which the evaluation results must pass school criteria. In consideration of a passage into the upper grade in both primary and secondary levels, if the learner is considered lacks of ability but not at serious level and they can be improved and provided with re — examination courses; school shall render the passage into the upper grade to the learner. However, the learner who fail many subjects which is inclined to cause the problem in higher level of learning, school's committee shall discuss and consider not to render the passage into the upper grade to the learner. This process is based on maturity, Knowledge, and ability of the learner.

In evaluation to grade the learning outcomes, grading system is categorized into 8 levels; 4 = obtaining 80 – 100 percent of total score means Excellent 3.5 = obtaining 75 – 79 percent of total score means Very Good 3 = obtaining 70 – 74 percent of total score means Good 2.5 = obtaining 60 – 64 percent of total score means Above average 2 = obtaining 55 – 59 percent of total score means Satisfactory 1.5 = obtaining 55 – 59 percent of total score means Sufficient 1 = obtaining 50 – 54 percent of total score means Pass 0 = obtaining 0 – 49 percent of total score means Fail • The subject that learner receives grade ranging from I to 4 is considered "Pass" • In evaluation of reading, analytical thinking, writing, and desirable characteristics, the evaluation result will be "Very Good", "Good" and "Pass" • Extracurricular activities evaluation will be based on attendance record, activity performance, and works of learners according to school criteria, the evaluation result will be given as "Pass" and "Fail to Pass"

The school have set standardized graduation criteria according to Basic Education Core Curriculum which divided graduation into 3 levels i.e. Primary level, Lower Secondary level, and Upper Secondary level as follow; 3.1 Graduation Criteria of Primary Level 1. Learner has completed compulsory courses, minor compulsory courses / extracurricular activities as outlined in syllabus according to Basic Education Core Curriculum. 2. Learner must pass the evaluation on compulsory courses according to school criteria. 3. Learner must have evaluation results on reading, analytical thinking, writing as "Pass" according to school criteria. 4. Learner must pass the evaluation on desirable characteristics according to school criteria. 5. Learner must participate in the extracurricular activities and shall be evaluated as "Pass" according to school criteria. 3.2 Graduation criteria of Lower Secondary Level 1. Learner has completed compulsory courses and minor compulsory courses less which is consisting of 66 units of compulsory courses and minor compulsory courses according to the school defined. 2. Learner must obtain not less than 77 units consisting 66 units of compulsory courses and 11 units of minor compulsory courses throughout this level. 3. Learner has passed the evaluation on Reading, Analytical Thinking, and Writing according to school criteria. 4. Learner has evaluation result on desirable characteristics as "Pass" according or school criteria. 5. Learner have participated in the Extra Curricular Activities and passed the evaluation according to school criteria. 3.3 Graduation Criteria of Upper Secondary Level 1. Learner has completed compulsory courses and elective courses not less than 81 units (credit) which is consisting of 41 units of compulsory courses and 40 units of elective courses. 2. Learner must obtain not late than 77 units consisting 41 units of compulsory courses and 36 units of elective courses throughout this level. 3. Learner has passed the evaluation on Reading, Analytical Thinking, and Writing according to school criteria. 4. Learner has evaluation result on desirable characteristics as "Pass" according ro school criteria. 5. Learner have participated in the Extra Curricular Activities and passed the evaluation according to school criteria.

Grade Transfer is to transfer the evaluation result of knowledge, skills, and experience of learners in formal education, non — formal education, and informal education as part of education of school which has a practical guideline as follows; 1. Learner who requests grade transfer must be registered as a student prior to transference of grades in the first semester. 2. Learner who requests grade transfer must attend school and have earned the evaluation results from registered course according to school curriculum not later than I semester. 3. Learner is able to request to study some courses in other educational institute and transfer its grade(s) under the consideration of school's Curriculum Administration Committee and Academic Section. 4. Grade transfer will be operated under the Grade Transfer Committee consisting of 3 — 5 members. 5. In case of learner who requests grade transfer from different courses. Committee shall;​ • Consider the transference of subject of course with the objectives and content is corresponding to and existing course not later than 60 percent. • If criteria 1 is not applicable, the learner shall be evaluated by pretest/placement test before entering to an appropriate level. • In case of knowledge, skill, experience transfer, these shall be considered from the evidence (if any) by using various evaluation tools before considering the learning strands. The evaluation will be transferred in the unit of credit provided level of grade and unit of credit correspond to the basic school curriculum.
