The final level of compulsory education is emphasizing the learner's searching and discovery of their aptitude and likes. This level also promotes the development of their personalities, critical thinking skills, creative thinking skill, problem-solving skill, and life skill. Learns should know how to use technology in society. They should also be well balanced in knowledge, ideas, morality, and pride in their Thai ethnicity. These qualities are the foundation to advance their education and vocation.
