Welcome to the International Program at Sunflower Trilingual School.

I'm Simon Gauci, Headmaster at Sunflower Trilingual School (STS). Originally from Ontario, Canada, I have spent over 25 years working in international education across several countries, and have been proud to call Thailand home since 2018.

At STS, we are developing our International Program at the secondary level. In May 2026, as an IB MYP Candidate School, we will begin introducing the Middle Years Programme (MYP) — part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) — a globally respected approach to education that helps students become thoughtful, caring, and confident learners. Through inquiry-based learning, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect their studies to the real world.

We believe in developing the whole child. Beyond academic achievement, we support students' personal growth — building confidence, responsibility, and resilience in classrooms that are active, collaborative, and meaningful.

As a trilingual school, students learn and use Thai, English, and Chinese daily, becoming confident communicators ready to engage across cultures. We take pride in nurturing both an international mindset and a deep respect for Thai culture and values.

With over 20 years of history, we are honored to have received the Royal Award for Secondary Schools three times in the past decade. These achievements reflect our community's shared commitment to excellence.

At STS, students are at the center of everything we do. We encourage them to explore their interests, take ownership of their learning, and grow into independent, responsible young people — ready for whatever the future holds.
