Farewells are always bittersweet. Thankfully, we were not celebrating the end for our Grade 12 students, but rather the new beginnings ahead as they turn this page to a new chapter in their lives.
As our final examinations wrapped, it was time for our graduating class to finally have their well-deserved time in the spotlight. After a heartfelt ceremony during which our primary students handed over flowers to our graduates, our Grade 11 students treated them to a performance for the ages that including singing, guitar-playing, and a whole lot of balloons!
The graduates then gathered inside for touching words of wisdom from our school director, Dr. Kwantip Chinsettawong, and their teachers. Tears mixed with laughter as the cohort reminisced about their time at STS. They got to watch a video filled with memories and congratulatory messages prepared by their Grade 10 & 11 classmates.
For a final sendoff, they proceeded to receive from their teachers knots of good luck and sound pieces of advice for the many adventures ahead.
Class of 2022, you will be missed! Please always remember the lessons learned from Sunflower Trilingual School and the memories you cherished throughout your primary and secondary studies. We certainly will keep you in our hearts and wish you nothing but the success you no doubt will achieve in the years ahead.
