Sunflower Trilingual School Celebrates Buddhist Lent with Merit-Making and Tradition

Sunflower Trilingual School marked Buddhist Lent (Khao Phansa) with a series of meaningful activities, fostering cultural and spiritual values among its students and staff.

On July 9, 2025, students and teachers visited Wat Po Chae temple to participate in various merit-making activities and offer donations. This outing provided a valuable opportunity for the school community to engage directly with Buddhist traditions and contribute to the temple.

Prior to the temple visit, the school held its annual candle melting ceremony on July 3, 2025. This cherished tradition highlights the teamwork of the students as they prepare candles for donation to the temple during Buddhist Lent. The ceremony not only serves a spiritual purpose but also encourages collaborative spirit and artistic expression among the students.
